Jodie Turner-Smith Tweezerman Prep | Bellus
Jodie Turner-Smith’s Vanity Fair After Party makeup look stole the show with a gorgeous shimmering cat eye! When creating this bold makeup look, we had to be very detailed with the application to make sure the look is flawless. First, we brushed and groomed her brows using the Tweezerman Brow & Lash Brush. Then after applying the winged eyeliner, we took our time customizing her top and bottom lashes with the Tweezerman Shaping Scissors. [We used] the Tweezerman Slant Tweezer to carefully apply the lashes. To create a seamless blend, we then used Tweezerman Folding iLashcomb and Brow & Lash Brush to comb her natural lashes with the falsies. We finished…

SINGLE Taraji Dress Worn by Cookie Lyon
Cookie Lyon stunned in a 2015 SINGLE “Taraji” Dress in “False Imposition.” This dress is the latest look in Empire‘s “Cookie’s Closet” album. The brand’s print wrap dress features a red, white and black cheetah/leopard pattern. Other highlights include open flowing sleeves with strategic slits, caped back, and a flouncy skirt. It’s very reminiscent of a DVF frock, no? This is one of the things I love about Empire: the costume designer Rita McGhee not only sticks to the more popular designer brands but also includes more moderately known lines into Cookie’s wardrobe. Before the latest episode aired, I was not familiar with the SINGLE by Galina Sobolev line but Angela Simmons, Brandy,…

Pharrell Glytone Skincare Regimen: Get Lucky!
Let’s get lucky with Pharrell Glytone skincare regimen! Pharrell Williams, once a devout Cetaphil user, has switched up his skincare regimen. Living by the maxim “Cleanliness is next to godliness,” the ageless star laid down the first law of immaculate skin: You have to clean your face. You can’t sit around and assume it’s going to be OK. I wash my face every day – don’t be afraid to wash yours before you go to bed! I, too, used Cetaphil for a spell before switching over to organic, cruelty-free skincare products from black-owned businesses. Sometimes, I use select products from Peter Thomas Roth, GlamGlow, and Ole Henriksen.
