By the way, have you heard that Pink Friday 4 lipstick is rumored to come back? Nicki Minaj tweeted on Tuesday, "The Pink Friday lipstick sold out quicker than we could have ever imagined. MAC and I are working together to bring it back! Stay Tuned! xoxo." When this happens, I'm thinking about buying another one for a giveaway or for a "how to" post - you decide so vote!

Were you lucky to score a tube of Pink Friday 4 today? Christine from Temptalia tweeted that it was available to purchase around five hours ago. I logged on to the MAC website and was hardly surprised to see that it was sold out. For all of you that were either purchased it at the MAC store in Times Square or online, I hope you'll be able to wear it straight out of the tube like Nikeole from Diary of a Loner:
She is the only Black chick I've seen that has worn Pink Friday 4 without altering the color with a lip liner or with lip gloss. Lighting aside, I think she look hot! When you look closely, you can see a hint of bubblegum pink blush with matching nails too!

Just in case you can't read what it says: "A Limited Edition Lipstick personally designed by Nicki Minaj to celebrate the release of her debut album Pink Friday. Featuring a bright, creamy pink satin formula, Nicki's shade is only available online for four Fridays starting November 26, 2010, while supplies last."
It would've been nice to see an ad specifically for the Pink Friday 4 Lipstick. Just the fact that MAC recycled the ad for the Pink Friday 4 CD speaks so many volumes. If you remember, they did the same thing when they teamed up with Fantasia to celebrate the release of her debut album "Free Yourself." At least Fantasia was able to get two lip glosses - Fantabulous 1 and Fantabulous 2 - out of the deal (see official press release in 2004).
Anyway, Pink Friday 4 will be available on November 26th, December 3rd, December 10th and December 17th.

Since the Wendy Williams Show released the first picture of the Pink Friday 4 Lipstick, we now know that it's not a "bright fuchsia" - in fact, it looks like a dupe of Pink Nouveau, which just happens to be Nicki Minaj's favorite MAC lipstick.
I call the play...now do you see why?

Back in December, Nicki Minaj said that she and MAC Cosmetics was working together to bring back the Pink Friday 4 Lipstick. Well, towards the end of January, the limited edition lipstick was live on the site...and it's still available for purchase! Click here to buy or enter for a chance to win it instead. I was hoping that when they brought it back, it would be a revamped shade - like the hot pink hue Nicki Minaj has been sporting lately.

I am pleased to say that I managed to get my hands on the limited edition Pink Friday 4 lipstick. Now I know I said that I was going to skip it but I was hit with a sudden MAC attack (this one particularly vicious) at 7:00 PM on December 17th. I kept refreshing my browser in hopes of adding Pink Friday 4 to my cart. Well, to my surprise, I was able to complete my order without my browser freezing or the lipstick disappearing from my cart. Here is a screenshot of my email receipt with free shipping courtesy of checkout code PINK:
Almost immediately, I received another email (two days later on December 18) telling me that my order (of course) was on backorder:
Then today, to my surprise, MAC sent me an email notifying me that my order finally shipped and that it should be on my doorstep January 4th. I'm not sure if I should just host a giveaway or post ways on how to wear it. What do you think?

From Style and Beauty Doctor, K is for Kinky, Brown Bombshell Beauty and Addicted to All Things Pretty---I too am excited for the release of the MAC Pink Friday 4 Lipstick, which was created to coincide with the release of Nicki Minaj's "Pink Friday" on November 22nd. The lipstick will be available November 26th!
In addition, I hear that you'll only have four consecutive Fridays to stock up on this limited edition lipstick. Shadyville Caribbean even predicted this happening as they have said that the partnership "could possibly be a nice fit for the rising star." This was back in February. Nicki Minaj will be joining past MAC spokespeople Missy Elliot, Eve, Lil' Kim and Mary J. Blige (Brook-Lynn).
Pink Friday 4 is supposed to be a mix of MAC Pink Nouveau (Satin) and MAC Girl About Town (Amplified Creme). As we all know, Pink Nouveau is the one product that Nicki Minaj can't live without - it even takes precedence over Black soap and facials.
She exclaimed in an interview with celebrity makeup artist Margoux Le Roux, "If I don't have that, I'd probably shoot myself and I am not lying!" Girl About Town is also fitting because this heifer (I mean this in an affectionate way, I really do) is everywhere!
