MBNYFW 2010: Sessilee Lopez in Deola Sagoe at the Arise Magazine's African Collective Part III

The fashion inspiration behind Deola Sagoe was a "precise, no-nonsense, geometric, mixed media feel in military tones of black, pewter, grey and navy."

The concept behind the makeup was "emphasis on bold, dramatic brows with sheer, neutral contoured face, eyes and lips."

On Tuesday night, celebrity makeup artist Valente Frazier (makeup artist to Tyra Banks) met with the makeup team for the Arise Fashion Show for a concept meeting. The ARISE magazine African Collective - Part III fashion show is scheduled for Saturday, February 13 at 8 pm. You can check out the rest of the schedule here. I also found out that Eric McLaurin is also doing makeup for the show.
