When creating this bold makeup look, we had to be very detailed with the application to make sure the look is flawless. First, we brushed and groomed her brows using the Tweezerman Brow & Lash Brush. Then after applying the winged eyeliner, we took our time customizing her top and bottom lashes with the Tweezerman Shaping Scissors. Keri Hilson 2011 Billboard Awards Makeup
I’m not sure if I can adequately describe my adoration of Keri Hilson’s makeup look at this year’s Billboard Music Awards but I’ll try. I love how Hilson’s winged, green and gold eyes complemented her chartreuse, sheer bell sleeved Rachel Roy mini dress (paired with a turquoise belt) and nude glitter Christian Louboutin Balota Sandals.
