Anyone that has been keeping up with Cookie Lyon’s wardrobe this season knows that the multi-millionaire hasn’t worn many  affordable items as of late. However, later on today, we will see Cookie wearing a $85 custom gold necklace by black-owned brand Vauje Jewelry. Take a gander at the exquisite neckpiece below:

Counting Betsey Johnson and Lanvin as inspirations, jewelry designer Mary Collins has created luxurious statement pieces since 2009. Now, thanks to the show’s costume designer Paolo Nieddu, she’s made her way to the Empire! I was so excited to learn this latest development as I have been following Collins for a while. I first discovered her work when I saw The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Marlo Hampton modeling Collins’ Gold Crown 1 on Instagram. Eventually I’ll splurge on a Vauje crown for myself. But, in the meantime, I made sure to order my very own Cookie necklaceWould you splurge?
