Etsy is having their first ever Labor Day sale, and there’s so many great items on sale. There’s even a healthy selection of black-owned enamel pins available to buy! One of the common complaints some people have about supporting black-owned businesses is that sometimes it’s too expensive. Other times, people are hesitant to support because they don’t really feel a connection to the products for sale.
Well, with enamel pins, many of them are super affordable. The majority of black-owned enamel pins retail for less than $10. Additionally, black pin makers are creating enamel pins that span various interests and categories. You have designs honoring historical black figures, black pop culture, and everything in between. Also, they’re small! You can discreetly add a pin to your outfit for a quirky or snazzy touch. Since the possibilities are truly endless, I want to add my voice to the black pin discussion.
As I type this, I love the idea of buying a nice shadow box to display all the enamel pins I plan to buy once I move to my new home. But for now, check out all these nostalgia-inducing, black-owned enamel pins. Some are marked down for Etsy’s Labor Day Sale while other shops are having their own sales:
Black-Owned Enamel Pins Under $10
Black-Owned Enamel Pins Over $10
