Keep Your Hands Beauty Queen-Ready with True Blue Spa Moisturizing Gel Gloves

If you're not comfortable with the title of "vixen," just know you're a beauty queen through and through. To keep you reigning in pride, True Blue Spa gives the best hand jobs with their Beauty Queen Wave Moisturizing Gel Gloves ($25).

Since this past Labor Day weekend signaled the official end of summer, I knew it was only a matter of time before my hands and feet would start to look ravaged, even with my biweekly mani/pedis.

I bought the Beauty Queen Wave Moisturizing Gel Gloves and Moisturizing Gel Socklets months ago at Bath and Body Works along with the Just a Minute 60-Second Manicure Scrub. It so happened that Bath and Body Works was having a sale and since I didn't have enough pampering products, I figured that I take advantage of the savings.

So far, I've been pretty happy with the results from wearing these gloves. The first time that I used them, the inside of the gloves were quite cool - it kind of felt odd slipping them on.

I think I get the best results when I slather pure shea butter on my hands before I wear them. Sure, the natural oils and the Vitamin E is nice but I found that these ingredients do not compare to the level of satisfaction I feel when I use shea butter. And even though these gloves come in one size and my hands are quite small, they fit snug and stay on the entire night.

I say if you don't want to risk staining your favorite mittens/gloves, wait until Bath and Body Works has another sale so you can snag these. They're nice to have but I personally feel that they are not worth $25, even though you can reuse them up to 40 times. Of course, if you're in the habit of taking meticulous care of products like this one, you can reuse them until they come apart by the seams!
